CREDITS
This site was developed in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the graduate history program at George Mason University. The site author, Ray Clark, accomplished all design, scripting, and a majority of the coding found on this site. Critical review was provided by Professor Petrik and the other members of the Summer 2004 History 615 course, Historical Maps and Vectors, however, the author exercised his prerogative to use or disregard that advise as he saw fit.

Software
Several software applications were used to produce this web site. I list them here so that young historians can begin to acquire the tools they will need to do history with new media. There is a lot more to this than pasting some text into HTML, throwing in a couple of images and calling it done. The new media historians must become as accomplished with the graphic narrative as they are with the textual narrative.
